I have used CTC Communications for many years now and recently installed another system in my recently purchased home. Sam and Pravin with the team ensured the installation of a new security system as well as the seamless continuation of my monitoring service from my previous home to my current home. Engaged CTC Communications to have my 20+ year-old alarm (2-storey house) system replaced. I decide to give a local company in Seven Hills a go. They provided a quote with a detailed break-down of costs. Communication was a bit ad-hoc with regard to the date of installation, but we eventually agreed on a mutually convenient date. Pros: Arrived on time and installation was relatively smooth as they could reuse existing wiring. Cost was competitive. Technician was knowledgeable. Cons: More guidance on navigating the control panel and its features would have been appreciated. I had to direct the technician on re-positioning one of the PIRs as it was not detecting movement accurately enough. Overall, I would recommend CTC for your home security needs.

Jaison from CTC Communications attended to upgrade my home alarm system. He did a great job and I am highly impressed with his work ethic and sincerity. I Amy be having some more work later and would love to have Jaison come over again for this too. Well done and keep up the good work.

I purchased a Bosch 6000 alarm system from the guys at CTC. The customer service was fantastic. Pravin and Sam were extremely helpful and only too happy to spend time with me to select the required components and then provided excellent support with my install. I could not recommend these guys more highly.

I've bought two alarm systems (self installed) over the years from these guys, and some upgrades, and an iFob MyAlarm subscription. Great website, excellent prices, but much more importantly they are really helpful, great customer service.

I highly recommend CTC Communications. Sam V was professional and polite to deal with in providing the quote and promptly booking the appointment. John and Jason, the technicians, did an excellent job installing the system. They worked tirelessly without a break to finish the installation in a day. They were very patient explaining the system to my wife and I and assisting me with putting the DMSS App on my mobile phone.

CTC has a great range of products and fantastic service. Bought a Bosch 6000 alarm. Great system and excellent after sales support. Great customer service. Sam was incredibly helpful and called to raise concerns that products I ordered might not be compatible in the way I hoped. This kind of initiative is missing in a lot of wholesale businesses and should give peace of mind that the customer support is fantastic.

I called CTC COMMUNICATIONS to fix our problem with our home security, after only a few hours Sam send two technicians and in less than an hour our security system was fixed. Great and quick response. Will definitely recommend this company.

I have been a customer of CTC Communications since 2016, and have bought at least 3 Bosch 6000 alarm system from them. I recently have a project that required most of them are wireless. Spoke with Sam V, I have gone through the requirement with him and came out with the plan for Bosch 6000 with 4x break glass detector, 4x smoke detectors, 7 Reed door sensor, and 15 PIR sensors. Sam V is great, have a lot of knowledge especially on the Bosch system who came across as quite knowledgeable and professional in the way he answered all of my queries. I found that CTC pricing is also competetive and reasonable. The installation went flawlessly by their technicians - Awish and Anu. They worked in a professional way and knew their jobs very well. Highly Recommend this team for your Installation. CTC Communications are really professional and understanding to my requirement in purchasing and setting up the new alarm system. The alarm is also being monitored by their sister company - PARTISAN PROTECTIVE SERVICES (PPS) - it's a great service! I have been with other company for Back to Base Monitoring, the great thing with PPS, it's m onitored and respond very fast using a real people rather than voice automation. It's such a good experience !! I hope to continue engaging the services of CTC Communications in the future
